Work History

Digital Transformation Engineer

Northrop Grumman
06.2024 - 08.2024
  • Actively assisted with the launch and development of a sector-wide network that promotes digital transformation & engineering solutions.
  • Streamlined a program standup checklist and integrated it with a readiness scorecard to optimize workflow for the NGC F-35 program.

Digital Transformation Engineer

Northrop Grumman
06.2023 - 08.2023
  • Helped design composite F-35 Lightning center fuselage components using FiberSim software.
  • Aided with PLM regression testing for the NGC F-35 program.
  • Conducted NGC NX CAD training.

Materials Engineer

National Institute for Aviation Research
05.2021 - 07.2021
  • Fabricated small composite airframe parts such as T-stiffeners and honeycomb sandwich panels.
  • Performed impact testing on laminated ceramic matrix composite specimens.
  • Conducted stress and strain analysis on impacted composite specimens using the strain gauge technique.

Education

Aerospace Engineering

Tuskegee University
Tuskegee, AL
05.2025

Skills

  • Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
  • Composite Fabrication
  • CAD Software (NX1926, FiberSim, OnShape)
  • Abaqus FEA
  • MATLAB

Leadership Experience

  • Transcending Scholarship Fund, Cofounder: I and a team of 4 peers helped provide a $2,000 scholarship to 2 deserving freshmen at Tuskegee University. I helped develop the application questions and interviewed candidates.
  • The Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Fundraising Chair: I am responsible for establishing initiatives and events to help raise money for the chapter.

Projects

  • Currently a member of an aerospace research team in conjunction with the Department of Defense. I help conduct fractured toughness testing on fiber-reinforced polymer composites and analyze their behaviors as shear and normal stresses are applied.
  • 1-year member of an aerodynamics research team at Tuskegee University. Using wind and water tunnels, I conducted experimental investigations of flow fields over delta wings configured in different orientations.
