  • Mobile service coordinator/recall specialist.
  • Promoted from quick lane to own office for fords new mobile service.
  • Mobile service being a technician coming out to a customer home or work location to do oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blade installation, battery changes, air filters replaced, brake jobs, and even recalls, etc. instead of having to come to the dealership.
  • Having to promote mobile service to customers, businesses and even other dealerships about mobile service.
  • Answered phone calls having to ask customers what type of service they would like to have done plus any recalls on their vehicle. Had to make sure if recalls could be done mobile or in shop. If recall was in shop then I would schedule with a main shop advisor. Or still take care of customer if requested for me. Mobile service is limited to some repairs outside of dealership.
  • While making a service appointment; asked for what service, vin number, recalls, location, phone number, what day to schedule. Each day goes by locations of each app. Example: Mondays for around town thomasville/cairo etc. Tuesday: apps for locations in Tallahassee fl/monticello fl areas. Wednesday: for more up north ga areas no more than an hour away. Etc.
  • Had to make sure every recall was done correctly with SSSC, approval codes, pictures, etc. for warranty and everything to be claimed.
  • Made sure my technician had the mobile van prepped and ready for each appointment and stocked with parts needed for each day. Kept cleaned and surprise inspections every now and then, plus sending van to get detailed.
  • Any services or recalls had to make sure parts were ordered before each appointment or to reschedule if arriving at a later time.
  • Made sure to confirm each appointment and print out ROs for the next day. Closed ROs at the end of each day and call customers to see how things went, promote for a nice review and to receive any payment over the phone if needed.
  • Paid a guarantee everyday plus a bonus for each app/RO closed. Plus for upsells the same as how it was for quick lane advisor.
  • Mobile service is new and having to constantly being promoted. While most clientele wasn't aware of the services. I would make cold calls of what recalls needed to be schedule to have done, another way of getting mobile service out there. Based off of data from each service advisor.
  • Helped with sales department for any vehicles on the way to being sold for recalls or other services.
  • Over paperwork, greeting customers, or fill in service drive while an advisor was out to still get customers checked in.
  • Also asked to make part deliveries, pick up parts or take parts to get painted at local body shops. Or help deliver customers vehicles back to home or work location from dealership.
  • Helped some customers with a loaner vehicle as well for when their own vehicle needed to be at dealership for more than a day.
  • Made sure all new and used vehicles on lot had all recalls done.

  • Made sure both of my technicians knew what kind of scheduled we would have at the beginning of each day. Also helped them to get promoted to main shop technicians, now doing bigger repairs.
  • In December of 2024 got promoted off of quick lane to Fords new mobile service.
