- Hiring and supervising contractors for building of the stores.
- Hiring and training staff for the front and back of the house
- Managing contracts with vendors (Sysco, PFG, Coca-Cola)
- Daily cash management
- Placing food and alcohol orders to vendors
- Applying for various licenses needed for the stores (business, alcohol, health and wellness)
- Event hiring and liaising with various entertainment groups (team trivia, live music)
- Managing various marketing strategies. (direct mailing, online marketing, Groupon, constant contact, Money mailer, local marketing)
- Maintaining good communications and delegating with managers at various stores to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
