- I work alongside union employees as well as other arena staff in either the setup or breakdown of the events occurring in the arena, normally occurring 2-3 times per week. This involves heavy lifting and problem solving as the poor design of the arena causes inconsistencies with the installation of the walls and glass among other pieces.
- I've learned to handle a leadership position as I am given a list which we need to complete as well as an order to have them done in; I distribute the work between fellow employees and consistently finish on time.
