Accomplishments

    As an operation manager I'm expected to hold my employees to company standards. I encourage and incentivize my employees to accomplish these on a regular basis along with discussing further steps and plans to improve efficiency. I have seen my number of hours and misloads reach goal on numerous occasions and continue to strive for said goals.

    I started as a package handler and just after 1 year i was encouraged by multiple managers to take the next steps, even now I'm encouraged to continue onto the next steps and am praised for my abilities and efforts to better my area.
