Inbound call canter interpreter. Most calls consisted of insurance claims, medical and medical billing offices, WIC/ applications for social services, Spectrum (troubleshooting and billing), Attorney's offices, and Emergency 911 dispatcher calls.
As a residential home cleaner, I did both regular and deep cleans. A typical clean included; bathrooms(sink,toilet, shower), bedrooms (master bedroom and closet),kitchens, sterling silver appliances, fridge(inside/out), mopped floors, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming (carpet and furniture), took trash out, etc.
Organized cleaning materials and washed them at the end of my shift. Cleaned clients home according to their cleaning supply preference.
ARC is a nonprofit organization, I worked in outbound call center, greeted potential and current donors with a script. Updated addresses for new donors and scheduled pick ups for previous donors. Cancelled and rescheduled pickups. Greeted new donors with a scrip and explained the organization, ask if they'd like to become donors.
On December 2017, I was promoted to Full Time, as a customer service agent. I was given more responsibilities such as, receive calls from donors to schedule picks up, investigate why items weren't picked up/rescheduling. Call donors on the "optional call list". Update routes, address, help with new scripts for Schedulers. Called Spanish speaking households to schedule donation pick up.
