Handled all inventory, and receiving procedures. This included, but was not limited to: vendors, the receiving and departure of trucks, filing of inventory and/or receiving related paperwork, staging, labeling, and pricing of products both on the floor, and within designated overstock areas, the movement and maintenance of overstock products and their respective areas, weekly exception counts to ensure accurate counts and availability of products, overseeing all damages, recalls, and donations on a weekly basis, ensuring that order, and cleanliness guidelines were correct both on the floor, and BOH, ensuring weekly ordering of necessary supplies was placed, while also acting as a hybrid employee that could also jump in and aid my fellow coworkers in all areas of the store, including all MOD tasks, including extensive customer service.

I handled all direct store deliveries for my store, this included trucks, vendors, freight, and mail carriers. I handled check-in processes, receiving processes, vendor ordering, credits, unloading meat, produce, dry grocery, general merchandise, firearms, and alcohol receiving. I processed all store reclamation, and worked in claims, where I saw to the proper processing of returned and/or damaged products. This includes markdowns, donation, store credits, and proper disposal of unsalvageable goods. I also handled our donations from managing, finalizing donations to overseeing their processing on our pickup days. I saw to the stores daily paperwork processes, including verifying and filing grocery and gm receiving, pharmacy receipts, vision center receipts, third party BOL’s, and truck reports daily. I also saw to processing the filing for MTR’s, on hand reports, warehouse claims, virtual claims, claim markdown reports, ect. I utilized varies systems to perform my task, such as the SMART system, and TC70 applications such as Store receiving, Claims, and My Productivity.

I handled all direct store deliveries for my store, this included trucks, vendors, freight, and mail carriers. I worked all front of house and back of house positions (store support, barista, cashier, order support), directed floor movement and deployment of partners on shift, handled till drops and Dunbar deposits, placed and put away daily and weekly orders. I did decorative hand drawn signage for varies promotions, helped with promotional launches and their corresponding décor change and/or merchandise movement. I trained new hires for stores throughout Dallas, and handled both partner and customer concerns that did not require being directed to the store manager. I was also a regional trainer for Dallas, and I represented my district in the 2015 Starbucks Barista Championship where I tied for first place.
