I have worked for the Griffin Police Department for 2 years and in my time at the department I have completed some of my classes for my advanced and intermediate certifications. I have also completed my S.W.A.T level 1 certification. I have also learned how to make good cases and how to carry myself in a professional manner. I am currently on the patrol division at the department and I also attend S.W.A.T training every Wednesday. I also practice proactive patrol throughout the city while on shift.
I have accomplished a lot in my career as a law enforcement officer so far. Some of these include taking some of my classes required to obtain my intermediate and advance certifications. Also learning how to remain vigilant in stressful situations, as well as learning how to stay organized and utilizing time management.
I have taken a plethora of classes and have received certifications, including but not limited to DUI detection and SFST, patrol heath and wellness, patrol rifle fundamental's, accident investigation for patrol, basic patrol survival, ALERRT level 1, S.W.A.T level 1, and the georgia resiliency program. I am also a certified peace officer for the state of Georgia.
