I started my own licensed Private Investigation business, Martin Investigative Resources, LLC, in the State of Georgia.

• I provided end of life care for my elderly mother-in-law who was suffering from several mental health and physical issues while pursuing my Georgia Private Investigator license.

• I assisted in defending the nuclear reactors for vital area (VA) components and identify threats with help of assigned weapons and security tactics. I participated in training and tactical drills and ensure compliance in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements. I performed regular foot and vehicle patrol on entire protected area (PA), vital area (VA) installations and gates to ensure the nuclear facility’s security. I monitored and checked all vehicles, personnel and all possessions at entry and exit points. I managed lawful access control functions at Owner Controlled Access (OCA) entry points to prevent unlawful access to area with any weapons. I provided escorts to vehicles that enter zone with permits as per NRC requirements. I performed tests on all elements and equipment for security essential on daily basis to ensure no lapses occur in installations and warning points. I administered and monitored emergency operations and evacuations in event of any accidents or serious threats to installations.
• Within 5 years of experience as a Nuclear Security Officer, I was promoted to Senior Nuclear Officer and given OJT trainer distinction. I was also given a “Spot” award within my first year of employment for going above and beyond my official duties.

• I responded to 911 emergency calls for law enforcement services, enforced all state and local laws and ordinances, protected life and property, investigated matters of a criminal nature, preserved the peace, and strived to prevent crime disorder, guided by the policies enacted by the City of Hazlehurst, the laws of the state of Georgia, and the Constitution of the United States of America.
• As a school resource officer, my primary appointment was assignment to the Jeff Davis School district.
