  • Supervise a staff 10 employees including concierge, assistant manager, 2 maintenance staff, resident services coordinator and a head housekeeper. Also supervise 3rd party vendors who provide valet and housekeeping services.
  • I prepare operating and capital budgets along with monthly financial reports. I manage account payables and receivables. I work hard to find ways to cut costs. I ensure delinquencies are kept to a minimum.
  • I ensure compliance with the building documents and Rules & Regulations.
