-Assemble, test and produce heavy machinery components, working on 3 to 15 minutes cycle times

-Use various hand/power tools

-Maintain project files, contract, subcontracts, and change orders

-Handle phone calls, emails and act as the liaison between site, crews and clients

-Manage, scheduling meetings, and office supplies.

-Handle payroll, and client payments.

-Manage daily operations

-Act as a link between customers and field technicians

-Scheduling service appointments

-Handle invoicing

-Dispatching technicians

-Answering high volume calls
