Ansley Everett

• Currently, I work at a flower truck where we go to local communities and events to sell flowers! It has taught me social skills, sales, and customer service.

• Each day for three summers, I took care of two children. This taught me responsibility, creativity, and how to overcome many challenges.

• Each day, I practiced with my team. On game days, I was a starter, and I was considered a leader of the team.

• Each week, I helped plan and lead a meeting for students at our school. We had well over 100 members, and I was able to help grow the club significantly.

• This club/organization helps kids understand and experience the workforce by competing in different career paths.

Each week in the summer, I was placed with a new group of 1st-5th graders that I taught how to grow connections and be responsible.

• I was one of the 10 students selected for a student internship at a large church in my area; here, we learned marketing, sales, planning, and much more!

• Practiced daily, attended games during the spring season, was given the team captain position, and was rewarded the 'Bear Award.'

• During COVID, I created a t-shirt company where I learned entrepreneurship, communication, and how to manage significant revenue.

• Each week, we ran as a team and practiced every day. We competed on Saturdays for our school team, and for different brackets. I learned so much about grit and perseverance through this sport.
