I shop for online customers and take their orders out to them as well when they pull into our store. I have to be great with my communication skills with the customers. I also have to learn to use the phone just incase they call the store with complaints or displeasure with the items they have received. If all of that is done I have to pre bag the trolleys we use to put the items in for the next day. Lastly, if everything in the back room is finished we have “go backs” which are items customers did not want and we have to put them back on the shelf.
I have the ability to speak French, Spanish at a very fluent pace as I took those classes throughout highschool.
