• Night cross cover for Hospital Medicine Service with up to 260+ patients in collaboration with supervising physician
• Additional responsibilities: Admission H&P, rapid response interventions, family/patient education, discussions goals of care, initiation of comfort measures
• Consult with appropriate service lines when indicated (ICU, cardiology, surgery)

Surgical Trauma ICU

• Responsible for assessment and ongoing care of traumatically injured or surgical/critical care patients in Level 1 Trauma Academic Hospital
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in adjusting to varying acuity levels while maintaining consistent attention to detail.
• Provided critical support during medical emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions to stabilize patients' conditions

ICU/Critical Care

• Completed Northside Hospital 16-week Critical Care RN residency
• Maintained clinical competency through ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, seminars, conferences, and certifications related to nursing practice.
