It was a 24 hrs level 2 support which requires leading and managing a team of 8 + members working from US and India location. This platform has close to 28 Applications. This platform comprises of marketdata middleware integration application (quotes, charts, reference data, lightstreamer, batch jobs and all other supporting applications). It is very critical time sensitive platform for market opening. As a Technology Operations team responsibility includes incident and problem resolution along with driving proactive IT service management coverage to ensure an efficient and effective technical operating environment.
  • Responsible for leading a team providing support to Marketdata platform of mission-critical trading systems. Team supports implementation to improve stability, security, and scalability. This team has 8 team members Including USA and India team members. Design and develop dashboards, guardrails, and other tools to manage production system.
  • Responsible for Managing service catalog for the in-scope applications and own the SLAs and KPIs for each service like Incident & Problem Management, Disaster Recovery, Change Management, Batch Management etc.
  • Responsible for Conducting periodic application service reviews with the executive stakeholders to gauge service effectiveness and improvement opportunities with a clear plan for managing risks, and highlighting any deviations from the agreed service levels.
