Carson Densmore

My job is to manage my team making sure that they are striving to be the best they can be and work with them to get into my position one day. I strive to make sure they are keeping a positive mindset and keeping there energy high. I also put a heavy focus on selling our memberships and helping out customers better understand why it saves them money as well as why I believe in the product we sell. I also help with scheduling and chemical orders and keeping labor to a minimum so that the store is saving money. I occasionally work with maintenance on finding a solution if any of our equipment has broken down and or stopped working so that we can provide the best customer experience possible. I strive each day to come in and deliver an outstanding customer experience, work hard, have fun, stay committed, as well as passionate about the work I do.

My job was to take pizzas out of the oven and cut them. I strived to make sure I was fast efficient and careful so that each pizza was cut correctly and not messed up as these pizzas were sent out for delivery orders and or handed to customers that picked up. I made sure each order was correct and if it wasn’t it would be remade. I also did delivery driving as well for up to 6 months making sure that I was delivering pizza to the customers as quick and safe as possible.
