-Perform daily maintenance tasks on both fields at the jack turner stadium such as mowing, aerating, leaf blowing, weed eating, and seeding

-Involved in Sod projects for the practice football fields at UGA

-Operate machinery such as forklifts, tractors, reel mowers; in addition to pulling trailers

-Troubleshoot problems like irrigation issues, leveling surfaces, and broken equipment.

-Learn the data center electrical and mechanical single lines inside and out, as well as have a basic understanding on how every major piece of equipment functions

-Observe site for safety issues, non-functional equipment, inconsistencies, and off schedule work. Collect observations and collect in a daily report in order to keep work as on schedule as possible

-Monitor and report what multiple teams are constructing/fixing on site in a daily report

-Attend all site meetings and keep constant note of future plans on site in order to gauge where most work will be spent on site in order to keep track of proper scheduling

-Understand thoroughly how electrical and mechanical testing works on site, as well as proper safety precautions each team will take in troubleshooting different pieces of equipment.

-Perform scheduled tasks like food prep, dish washing, and thorough cleaning in a time efficient manner

-Serve food in a cleanly and fast manner to customers

-Constantly maintenance smoker and ensure it is up to operating temperature all hours of the day by adding wood, charcoal, water, and flame in thew safest manner possible
