• Oversaw trade management and contract deliverables for major MEP scopes, coordinating installation activities and providing design support to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Led cost management responsibilities including cost projections, monthly cost reports, and project cash‑flow analysis.
• Collaborated daily with construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, and engineering teams to drive schedule adherence, resolve issues, and ensure successful project execution.
• Managed project scheduling and forecasting to maintain alignment with key milestones and overall project strategy.
• Reviewed construction documents, specification packages, and prefabrication drawings; established and maintained strong vendor relationships to procure, track, and deliver materials and equipment.
• Served as the Mechanical Lead for FIA Products (Prefabricated Assemblies), including Generators, Modular Cooling Plants, Modular Electrical Buildings, Modular PCW Pump Houses, and Modular Fuel Oil Systems.
