When hired at 20, was trained in all areas of the factory (overhead crane operator, track torch operator-no cnc machines here at that time-,shear, saw and iron worker operator. Loaded trucks for daily del'y, unloaded incoming stock, made del's when needed on 24ft flatbed, etc.)

Maintained and serviced equipment when I could troubleshoot the issues. Promoted to Operations mgr in about '94. Between 2 shifts, I was over approximately 9 individuals (2-3 drivers and 6-7 warehouse workers). Got out of the steel business for about a year in '97 until I reemerged at Ferro Union in '98.
