Commissioning experience in data centers, airports, hospitals, commercial, and industrial buildings. Most recent project involves supporting Delta Airline’s facilities at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This includes Delta’s data center, flight simulation training center, and other mission critical areas within the compound. Previous project included an overhaul of a 62,000 square foot Data Center located in the Tucker Georgia. That commissioning process included a well-known distributor of transportation, Norfolk Southern Railroad Company. Has extensive building, electrical, and mechanical knowledge. Has experience with Building Automation Controls systems consist of Siemens Desigo CC, Johnson Controls Metasys Systems, Automated Logic, and Allerton Waypoint Systems. OSHA 10 certification in construction safety as well as OSHA 30 construction certification. Ability to implement all processes of the energy audit, planning, investigating, implementing, and sustaining whole building audits. With the submission of technical reporting containing recommendations for improving energy efficiency, can provide a cost benefit analysis, and develop an action plan to reduce the client's energy consumption.
