When a new loan request came in I would get the paper work going for the lender. I would get in touch with the closing attorney to find out their fees and when the closing date would be. I made sure we had insurance for the property. I processed the loan documents for the lenders and got them all ready for closing. Kept in touch with the closing attorneys. Answered the phone to help customers. Printed or e-signed the documents for the lenders.

• Daily I did flood tracking insurance and balanced the non-post loan reports.
• Month end I added new Flood Insurance to the report, did the Monthly Closed Loan Report and Balanced the Loan Checking Accounts.

• Scanned all the banks documents from checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs and loan documents and made to put them in the right place.
• Daily I did the mail run to the post office and to our operations building.

• Waited on customers, cashed checks, made deposits, worked night drop and balanced my teller drawer daily.

• Every week I verify deposits and post them to the general ledger. Twice a month I get payroll ready and submit it to an outsourced company.
• Every week I would do accounts payable.
• I balance multiple accounts for month end and make month end entries. I assisted my coworkers as needed.

• Daily I pull reports and balance all the banks checking accounts, teller’s drawers, cd unposted, dda unposted, loan unposted, loan suspense, accounts payable, branch coin machines, HFG compass and HBOS compass. Weekly I pull reports and balance the participant GL, I go on the Loomis website and pull all the ATM reports and daily cash reports. I balance the ATMs & Loomis vault cash weekly.

• I waited on customers and balanced my drawer daily. I answered the phone to help customers. When I have the vault I balance the ATM’s, vault money to and from the other tellers. I kept up with the teller journals and went over the journals with the tellers once a month. I made sure the teller line ran smoothly and efficiently.
