Me and my friends responsibility in the junk removal business was, we would put out advertisements on certain websites or apps. And we would receive calls from people, go to their homes or the job site, give them a quote on our services, move the junk into a trailer and take it to the dump. We also tried to have the best customer service and communication skills with our customers. And also have reasonable prices with them.
