Engineer and develop mechanical systems and products tailored for custom commercial HVAC applications. Collaborate with the Sales team on initial design concepts, technical submittals, and specification evaluations. Develop piping schematics and equipment layouts to guide the manufacturing process. Compile Bills of Materials to facilitate component procurement by the Purchasing department. Evaluate and select appropriate components and vendors to meet design criteria. Assess system performance and draft Sequences of Operation to assist the Electrical team in creating wiring diagrams. Address and resolve production challenges to ensure efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing.
