  • This position granted me the opportunity to delve into a completely new field of work.

  • The large swim school franchise gave me insight into what it is like to be part of a widely known and respected company, and most importantly, how to uphold and reflect the reputation and values of said company.
  • Consistently communicating with clients face-to-face or by telephone and email.
  • My primary duties consisted of marking attendance, managing and scheduling class bookings, chasing and receiving payments from clients while maintaining accurate records, communicating with colleagues regarding changes in the schedule, handling sensitive information and reporting inconsistencies to management.
  • A large part of this role was independent problem-solving. Being able to resolve client complaints/concerns and answer questions effectively to produce the most desirable outcome for all parties to the best of my ability.
