  • Spent the first 7 months as Site Leader in Tacoma, WA, providing leadership and support while learning NewCold processes and automation. Was able to drive improvement in all critical KPIs while stabilizing a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • As Site Manager in Atlanta, GA, led hiring plan for phase 1 start-up October 2023. Site fully operation April 2024. Broke ground on phase 2 Oct 2024.
