Lead effort to modernize and automate warehousing functions for our 10 DC network for a multi million dollar spend. Developed additional WM software enhancements to minimize distribution costs and improve customer service by reducing speed to deliver. Managed distribution capital budget to invest in solutions to lower costs and improve service across our distribution network. Managed distribution assets to minimize maintenance costs. Implemented new project processes and procedures for new, patented and innovative equipment.

Led Customer Service Centers’ order fulfillment strategy. Directed shipping activities to maximize customer service and minimize cost. Drove transportation management automation and leveraged current systems to improve service and cost. Optimized outbound shipping lanes, internal order picking times, and loading prep locations. Led distribution network strategy efforts.

Led a group of master planners to schedule finished good production across 15 plants by managing capacity and loading for 60,000+ SKUs. Managed inventory levels at 12 different Distribution Centers to maximize customer service and minimize inventory investment. Designed and implemented new systems to perform these duties during my tenure.
