  • Delivered multiple teammate facing enhances leveraging Digital Admin Hub such as, enabling an interface to allow teammates to view all alerts and notifications within the alert database, enhancing reporting capabilities to allow teammates to search content sent to clients, being able to send notifications to clients based on various lookup types (CIF static key, debit card number, checking account number, or TSYS credit card number), and enhancing system lookup criteria by checking CIF database if client’s account details are not available in the alert database
