After working in the warehouse for a year, Implement Sales transitioned me into a sales role. My current responsibilities as an inside sales representative include:

  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Answering questions regarding products, prices, and availability.
  • Collaborating and supporting outside sales representatives in effort to close sales and generate leads.
  • Producing estimates, orders, and purchase orders for over two thousand dealerships and forty manufacturers across seven states.
  • Participating in industry events and trade shows to network with prospects, gather leads, and increase awareness.
  • On top of sales, I also was responsible for sending multiple marketing emails out weekly.

Upon arriving at Implement Sales after graduation, I, initially, took control of our 30,000 square foot warehouse that held millions of dollars in inventory. As warehouse manager, my responsibilities included:

  • Processing whole good and parts orders in a timely fashion.
  • Operating forklifts daily to transport goods in and out of warehouse efficiently.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external partners such as coworkers, manufacturers, dealers, and freight lines ensuring timely deliveries while minimizing supply chain disruption.

  • Maintaining overall organization and cleanliness of warehouse.
