• Manages new construction, expansions, and renovation of commercial office spaces throughout the United States, Canada, and India.
• Facilitate selection of project team to include architects, contractors, consultants, and services. Responsible for bid, interview, negotiation with, award, and oversight of architect and general contractor.
• Pre-construction
• Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of interior design from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Responsible for management of multiple projects at once, communicates directly with the architects, contractors, and vendors concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and ensures plans adhere to contract specifications.

• Responsible for coordination with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all elements of design align with the overall vision and are executed properly.
• Review all architectural plans and project specifications for accuracy; make appropriate adjustments for cost efficiency; Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project expenditures without compromising quality.
• Directs changes to project scope and cost. Implements appropriate change management processes to keep the project on track.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to key stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversees and directs construction management and the internal departments required to support the project.
• Manages project coordinators by delegating authority in the completion of tasks and providing guidance and mentorship in construction experience.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, and designers to develop innovative solutions for complex construction challenges.
• Maintained strict budgetary control on projects ranging from $1 million to $40 million.
• Travels to site for project milestones: Initial site survey, rough-in inspection, construction punch walk, project completion
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess client satisfaction, project success, and areas for improvement in future projects.

• Assist the project manager all aspects of project execution including but not limited to project planning, design, schedule development, budget development, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP process, construction, MEP, furniture, office moves, and occupancy.
• Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms for cost-effective procurement of resources needed for each project's success.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and the Supply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project
• Computes square footage available for each member of staff to determine whether minimum space restrictions can be met.
• Responsible for FFE lifecycle analysis and replacement vetting
• Vendor sourcing, management, and performance accountability
• Coordinates the procurement and installation of but not limited to, furniture, signage, branding, art, accessories, plants.
• Responsible for research of industry trends; provide information and participate in ongoing development of new product opportunities.
• Assess upgrades needed to existing facilities.
