• Manages new construction, expansions, and renovation of commercial office spaces throughout the United States, Canada, and India.
• Facilitate selection of project team to include architects, contractors, consultants, and services. Responsible for bid, interview, negotiation with, award, and oversight of architect and general contractor.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of interior design from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Responsible for management of multiple projects at once, communicates directly with the architects, contractors, and vendors concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and ensures plans adhere to contract specifications.

• Responsible for coordination with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all elements of design align with the overall vision and are executed properly.

• Directs changes to project scope and cost. Implements appropriate change management processes to keep the project on track.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to key stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversees and directs construction management and the internal departments required to support the project.
• Manages project coordinators by delegating authority in the completion of tasks and providing guidance and mentorship in construction experience.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, and designers to develop innovative solutions for complex construction challenges.
• Maintained strict budgetary control on projects ranging from $1 million to $40 million.
• Travels to site for project milestones: Initial site survey, rough-in inspection, construction punch walk, project completion
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess client satisfaction, project success, and areas for improvement in future projects.
