Kept all inventories and placed all orders for hotel and F&B. - Responsible for the overall management of this 236 room 60,000 square feet indoor and 30,000 square feet outdoor space. IACC conference center selling CMP packages. This property also has a 250 seat restaurant and a 75 seat lounge. Managed an overall staff of 120 including 14 Department Heads/Managers & Supervisors with a turn over percentage of less than 10%. Property completed a $20 million dollar renovation of all space. Worked very closely with sales and revenue management to ensure maximum return on investment. Produced property annual budget and provided monthly P & L critiques to the ownership group. Oversaw accounts payable and receivable and assisted where needed. Worked closely with Director of Operations who oversaw front office, housekeeping, and engineering departments to ensure a smooth operation. Property annual sales over $5 million. Increased guest love scores to over 87% during my tenure and was awarded GM of the year from IHG in 2017.

- Responsible for the overall management of this 250 room property with restaurant, bar and over 18,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Managed a staff of 80 line level employees and 7 department heads and completed several capital projects while planning additional projects such as replacing all of the windows due to etching from the cooling tower, replacement of all guest room televisions, repair to the power plant which controlled heating & air conditioning as well as lighting in meeting rooms and public areas. Revenue increased $450k over prior year in combined rooms and F&B and the property was on target with GOP percentages. Implemented interactive F&B site visits with top companies in the area. Hotel was a beta hotel for IHG in testing new projects prior to rollout to other Holiday Inn's. This included new breakfast concepts in the restaurant as well as a rolling lobby kiosk with breakfast sandwiches, coffee, beverages etc.
