Work History

Associate Creative Director/Copywriter

Luckie & Co.
07.2018 - 12.2024

Here are some of the most rewarding and relevant projects I have worked on:

  • The Compassion Shift is an initiative of Emory University’s Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics to promote human flourishing and advance a global culture of compassion through a research-based, scalable approach to the cultivation of compassion.
  • This project was launched globally through a webinar led by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. You can still participate at: compassionshift.emory.edu
  • Radio Recliner is a digital radio station run by real Resident DJs at retirement communities across the country, so they could stay connected while they were confined to their rooms during the Pandemic.
  • Called "an important social service" by NPR, I led the entire program from my computer while working at home during COVID.
  • On behalf of Bridge Senior Living, I worked directly with residents and their Assisted Living Directors to turn more than 50 seniors into DJs and help them turn their music and stories into radio shows anyone could tune into.
  • The program received wide-spread news coverage and $6 million in free media.
  • Their shows and stories now live on forever in the Library of Congress.
  • How It's Viewed is a program to educate and fight HIV stigma in our society and improve patient's lives. Due to medical advancements, people living with HIV can now live normal lives and achieve “undetectable” status without a trace of the illness. Despite this, widespread HIV stigma continues to exist.
  • To influence people’s POV, and create empathy, on behalf of ViiV Healthcare, we created a 360° interactive video where users can choose How It’s Viewed. So they can see how both positive and negative experiences play out.
  • We also built an educational website and used HIV-positive ambassadors to openly share their experiences.
  • The U.S. Civil Rights Trail is a collection of historical sites across 15 states and Washington D.C. that played a crucial role in the American Civil Rights Movement.
  • Working on this account was an honor as promoting diversity, equity and civil justice is important to me. The purpose of the trail is to educate visitors about the movement's history, inspire reflection on the ongoing struggle for social justice, and encourage a deeper understanding of the people and events that shaped this pivotal period in American history.
