Mostly self-taught when it comes to IT and Technology outside of the training received at Apple. I have been passionate about technology and assisting people since I was young. I enjoy the feeling of solving an issue and making others' lives easier. 5 years of experience as an IT Specialist/Help Desk Advisor. I built and managed the Help Desk project along with most of their other Jira projects for the last company where I was employed. 4 years experience as an Apple Support Advisor covering 4 different departments. Currently working towards CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications.
