EMT of the year 2008

In 2008, I received the EMT of the Year award as a Paramedic in Pierce County, Georgia.  I was the first to be someone who was not a current supervisor.  The award was for my training and work in disaster life support. My training includes ACLS, PALS, CPR and first aid. I was an instructor and frequently held classes for the public as well.   My willingness and ability in Emergency medicine were also mentioned as well as my dedication.
