Summary

At Rittal, you get things done not by your position, title, importance, but with influence and I have been very successful learning, understanding and developing the ability to accomplish many tasks and challenges throughout my tenure. As a sales person I developed and established new territories, grew into team development and moved on into middle level management. From there took on new challenges with Regional Key Account sales and then into Global Key Account Management. I have been involved or responsible for the majority of the USA based Key Accounts from GE, Siemens, ABB, Baker Hughes, Mitsubishi, Honeywell, and Yokagawa. From an overall Rittal standpoint, I am one of the top sales people in the organization, understand the complete manufacturing process, excellent product and application knowledge, and I have worked with many individuals in all areas of Rittal over my career. Additionally I have an extensive understanding and relationships with our parent organization in Germany as well as Key Account members globally. My past responsibilities have shaped my ability to teach, mentor, and instruct team members as well as coach and push to meet sales quotas and goals. Lastly, I pride myself in having strong relationships with the individuals I would be responsible for guiding the US Industrial KA team.
