via various Business request from Multiple Geographical Locations. Applying Proficient Typing
skills at 35-45 WPM.
Responsible for providing Customer Service to multiple members via Telecommunications, as
well as Taking Payments, Claims Processing, and Account Management. Using Multi-Tasking
between various screens and resolving Customer's request in an efficient manner.
