  • As head of Treasury, my main functions were projecting cash flow up to 24 months, which included performing different calculations, such as projections of income on credit sales, cash and portfolio recovery, and making a detailed list of the operating expenses to determine the cash needs that companies require to cover monthly obligations.
  • I followed up on the company income through the development of bank books in order to make the cash movements necessary to make payments to the suppliers.
  • I controlled and created all the documentation for bank loans, letters of credit, and documentary collections that affect the availability of the credit lines, with the objective of controlling availability and guarantees on them.
  • The guarantees varied with each bank.
  • I conducted reconciliations of national and international suppliers, and I oversaw recording all expenses incurred by the company that are executed through purchases from suppliers.
  • Reviewed daily Treasury positions to ensure accurate accounting of transactions.
  • Led annual financial audit and preparation of support for audited financial statements.
  • Collaborated with finance and accounting departments to deliver comprehensive financial information to facilitate decision making for management.
