As an OneStop Representative, I was dedicated to assisting students and their families in navigating financial aid. I was responsible for verifying eligibility for various financial assistance programs, including grants, loans, and work-study opportunities, thereby playing a crucial role in helping students achieve their educational goals.

In my role, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, which included managing a dedicated team and ensuring exceptional sales and customer service. My key duties involved opening and closing the store, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and providing training and motivation to employees.
