Los magueys gave me an opportunity to start my career in early October 2021. A short two years later I was promoted to manager helping organize as well as training ever new employee. I have made not only friend but family with the customers because of my skill of making people comfortable and understood. I have been here for over 4 years and it has taught me a tremendously huge amount of information on customer service. It has taught me how to multitask, stay calm under pressure, be understanding, be kind, and how to communicate. Being in the customer service field all my life as taught me people just want to be understood as well as heard.
