Create, edit, delete users within Sonicwall firewall. Create backups, downgrade, and upgrade firmware as needed. Program and edit VPN tunnels to/from 64 Wendy's locations.
Provide customer support through desk phone, cell phone, remotely via Comodo/Logmein/Remote Desktop Connection.

Replaced campus-wide router, switch, and access point infrastructure. All cisco router/switches/access points were swapped out for new top of the line equipment. The campus stretches over 40 buildings and servicing over 10,000 students.
