compared to using dumbbells of similar weight.

• Scheduled and gathered data from 12 participants from the Furman football team.
• I used jumps sticks as well as force plates to gather data and analyze data on the jumps.
Presented research at the N.S.C.A (National Strength and Conditioning Conference) in Las Vegas Nevada in July,
2023.

• The research was published by the Professional Journal of Sports and I am one of the Co-Authors.
