• Manage and Lead projects for capital sales of Asphalt Plants and equipment. Be the liaison between sales and the customer and engineering to ensure the accurate and on-time completion of the deliverable product. • Lead the machine configuration and conversions groups. Oversee all new machines and conversions from quotation to completion. Lead a small group of 3-4 Mechanical Engineers.

• Creating and supporting conversions of any CMC as well as competitors’ machines. Supporting the sales team and customer care with quotations and parts lists for any customer machine. Designing new parts for parts orders or conversion orders. Support of service and installation teams as well as directly with customers. I sometimes interact directly with customers about machines and other tufting related issues and questions. Plan and visit customers to have a hands on take of potential conversion prior to quotation or order.

Configured and designed tufting machines for multinational clients.

• Managed machine projects from order receipt through shipment delivery.
• Supported assembly department, machine shop, and production control with design and bill of materials.

• Design of weldment tooling fixtures in Pro E and lead single man jobs. Oversaw machining of parts and purchasing of parts required per job. Assisted in design of several large multiple person jobs.
• Designed mechanical components for complex machinery using CAD software.
