Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the successful completion of a specific project by ensuring it stays on time, within budget, and meets its defined scope and goals

Overseeing and making sure all subcontractors are efficient in their work. I am also in communication with them regarding schedules and their time frame to complete their scope of work.

Making sure the home is complete and ready for the walk with the homeowner. Doing a walkthrough with the homeowner and scheduling subs to correct any issues or defects in the house.

• Interior or exterior issues
• Incorrect installations, like flooring or cabinetry
• Mechanical issues related to thermostats, ductwork, and appliances.
• Anything additional that was damaged during the project, like a cracked driveway or flawed drywall.
• Any unaddressed items outlined in the original contract
• Scheduling warranties and maintaining high level communication with our customers

• Home restoration
• Commercial restoration
• Performing final repairs, corrections, and touch-ups on a completed project.
