• Development and delivery of the interface to the SAP S4 HANA platform.
• Participation in the project to implement the modules FI, CO, MM, also as integration manager between all modules.
• Coordination of configuration and testing follow-ups to users in the production phase
• Carry out the training plan for users, through remote trainings for about 100 users, online classes for 5 users.
• Participation in the loading and creation of data to support delivery training. Creation of Master Data, Cost Elements, suppliers, WBS's, PR, PO, Services, Generic Materials, Networks, Confirmations, Service Entries, among others.
• Establish the Treasury Management process, process configuration in cash management and cash posting. Bank reconciliation.
• Support and follow-up in the inventory register.
• Support in the execution of purchase orders, service.

• Implementation and start-up of the Currency Reconversion Project.
• Development of reports and creation of variants in the system
• Promote the correct use of the SAP system by providing adequate support and advice to end users in the different modules implemented.
• Develop training strategies for end users in order to promote proper use of the system.
• Guarantee effective user training.
• Evaluate SAP requirements generated from the business and ensure a solution based on best practices; this involves close cooperation with managements of Finance, Projects, and Maintenance.
• Develop and implement proposals that involve an optimization of the processes supported by SAP; covering all phases of the cycle including business requirements compilation, process design, system integration and configuration guideline and implementation in the Business.
• Ensure that the system has all support packages duly tested.
• Promote and ensure compliance with system change procedures in the development, test and production environments.
• Serve as an interface to non-SAP (business process related) and SAP/R/3 applications.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

• Prepare, manage and consolidate the operating and investment budget for Automation, IT and Telecommunications, follow up on its execution, update the latest estimates, report the status of the budget to the different units.
• Perform analysis and reporting of management indicators.
• Administration of contracts with third parties, monthly monitoring of expenses and due dates to define new strategies to be followed on contracts and services.
• Compile and analyze all the necessary information to prepare the cost reports of the different services provided by AIT to the different management departments.
• Analysis and execution of distribution cycles in order to distribute AIT costs at the business level and thus be able to allocate their actual costs to each management.
• Support to the Contracting and Procurement department in the preparation of the necessary documents to request approval in a process of contracting services and materials from third parties.

CHEVRON TEXACO

Examine the transactions issued during the execution of the Boscan and LL-652 Oil Fields, related to the Operating Agreements and corresponding to Operator CHEVRON. The work programs are directed towards Disbursements and External Component. The objectives are focused as follows: for Disbursements, to evaluate the reasonableness of the expenditure and compliance with the work program and agreement, and for the External Component, to verify that the payments made in dollars correspond to the provisions of the Law Against Foreign Exchange Illicit Activities. Issue weekly progress reports on the reviews performed and verify the correspondence in quantity and value between the assets recorded in PDVSA's books and those administered by the former Operating Agreements.
