The GHOS SAP (Global Healthcare Office Services SAP) project was initiated by UPS to identify, develop, and deploy Global Order to Cash scenarios to achieve its complex warehouse and logistics businesses to its clients and consumers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • As O2C functional architect, led design workshops, brainstorming sessions, conducting demo sessions, leading to documenting requirements.
  • Worked with Sales Team and other key stakeholders to determine requirements with Healthcare Clients.
  • Spearheaded workshops with key stakeholders and bring them all under one roof to brainstorm TO-BE state.
  • Built prototypes for the requirements that were captured.
