Projects

NCM LAYOUT/AREA ( Non-conforming material) TRANE TECHNOLOGIES, This area included materials without BOL, Item information, and damages. The objective was to sort out the damaged items, locate and backtrack missing pack slips based on item and customer POs, and arrange what could go back into process inbound (Putaways), I arranged lanes for what's damaged, communicated with buyers on pack slips and arranged inventory needs to fill in the gaps. I created an assembly line for all items. Everything that comes to the NCM area requires information on where it came from vs just being sat there. I successfully created a push and pull process with a vision and some amazing duct tape.
