Gwendolyn Snearl

My role as a presiding elder is an administrative and advisory through the District Conference and Church School Convention: provide in-service training for pastors, itinerant preachers, local preachers and lay workers.

I have 20 churches in my District, that I conduct quarterly conferences in every church and circuit every three months, four times a year to determine the efficiency of the pastor, the effectiveness of the ministry of the churches, and give proper direction to all the affairs of the churches in my district.

I work as apart of the Bishop's staff to. report the health, spiritually and financial strength of the churches.

I served as the Spiritual Leader of the congregation in weekly worship, Bible Study, Church School and Prayer Meeting. I was the Chairperson of all Boards and Commissions.

It was my responsibility, along with the congregation to provide outreach to the community to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, while offering assistance, support and concern for those who are in need.
