
I am seeking admission to the Master’s in Preclinical Sciences program at Mercer University to further develop a rigorous foundation in biomedical sciences and research necessary to excel in the medical field. Through this program, I aim to deepen my understanding of biomedical sciences and prepare for the challenges of medical school and ultimately a successful career as a physician.
Responsibilities include taking ocular measurements, gathering medical and patient information, maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments, and assisting the ophthalmologist in basic procedures and scribing during office visit and in office procedures.
Ocular measurements include distance and near visual acuity, confrontational field, extraocular muscle function, PERLA eye test, reading prescription glasses, and checking intraocular pressure.
Assist students requiring help in Calculus I and College Algebra. Notify teachers of the weaknesses of students participating in the tutoring program.
Review and compile data for project files for Northrop Grumman JSTARS E8-C Aircraft relevance review and aircraft configuration baselining task support.
Review and reformate Solidworks drawing files for the F-15 Aircraft and complete data analysis for 10% of compiled data for F-15 and C-5 Aircraft.
