Fitness

Fitness for me is more of a lifestyle than a hobby. It is a major part of my life and my love for it has actually driven me to pursue a career in personal training/fitness coaching. As a former athlete fitness has always been a key role in my life and the qualities that it has developed within me translate to everything I do.
