  • Global network administration and architecture. LAN and WAN configuration for 15 offices across the US, EU and Australia. Maintain VPN, DMVPN, MPLS, WiFi and Voice over IP solutions. Established standard network hardware and design across all offices. Standardize Cisco ASA firewalls for all branch and home offices.
  • Network build out for new offices. Designed, configured and implemented. Scoped out cabling, power, network rack and cooling. Worked with carriers to design and implement ISP circuits. Build out were performed remotely and in person.
  • Re-IPed all sites. All location were running public IPs instead of a private block. Successfully lead the project to reconfigure all network devices and servers at each location. Configured new network segments to optimize routing and data flow.
  • Implemented Network management tools as none were available. Configured and enabled TACAs, Kiwi syslog, SNMP PRTG monitoring and Riverbed UCexpert to monitor the Voice and IPT infrastructure.
  • Riverbed – Configured and implemented Riverbed WAN optimization across all branch offices and datacenters. This new solution allowed cost savings and improvement when accessing large files across the network.
  • Successfully migrated all US branch offices to new MPLS provider. Designed and implemented internal IGRP protocols to work seamlessly with BGP redistribution into MPLS network. Integrated DMVPN in the EU into the MPLS environment closing the gap between the US and EU routing and VOIP communication.
  • Successfully buildout two datacenters in the US and one in the EU. Work closely with systems team to buildout traffic flow and redundancy of Nutanix nodes. Lead the migration of critical services, exchange, Unity voicemail and file access running locally in the branch offices into the datacenter.
  • Redesign and Upgraded Cisco Callmanager, Unity voicemail, Conference server and gateways across the US, EU and Australia. Buildout new SIP trunks access Callmanager clusters across regions. Buildout integrated new Callmanager for the New York office.
  • IPT improvements – decommission voice conference server and move service to the cloud via SIP trunks. This help add redundancy and cost saving while improving functionality. Upgraded all Cisco router to support local resources for voice codec compression and conferencing resources. The change helped lessen the load on the Callmanagers and UCS servers.
  • WiFi – Migrated WiFi across all branches to Aruba access points. Implemented 802.1x protocol and buildout ClearPass policy manager to support radius protocol. The change added a strong layer of security while improving the wireless quality across all branch offices. Implemented the use of device cert for an extra layer endpoint security.
  • SD-WAN – Silver Peak lead POC and implementation across all branch office and datacenters. Migrated all circuits to redundant 100mbps DIA fiber removing all MPLS circuits in the US and all routers supporting DMVPN in the EU. Configured all overlays, firewall, tunnels and routing configuration per application needs ensuring video and voice where not compromised. Cisco routers and firewalls were removed helping save money in hardware, MPLS managed services and rack space. Video calls were not interrupted during a circuit failure due to the resiliency of SD-WAN packet handling.
  • Migrated VPN access from Cisco VPN to Aruba VIA VPN. Configured VPN to connect when not in the office and integrated authentication with ClearPass adding an extra layer of security.
  • Migration to Cloud Switch Meraki – Upgraded all branch office to Meraki cloud switches. The change allowed roles to be created and day to day VLAN changes could now be handled by the helpdesk. Portal visibility helped level 1 troubleshooting.
  • Meraki WiFi Migration – Configured and migrated all wireless access points from Aruba to Meraki. The change introduced WiFi 6 and better radio coverage. Configured NPS Microsoft server to provide 802.1x support. The change allowed the decommission of Clearpass server saving money on hardware and licensing.
  • Azure migration – the project involved the migration of all resources from the datacenter to Azure. Designed and procured the license and SD-WAN appliance to connect all branch offices and datacenters. Worked closely with consultants and system team to ensure SD-WAN supported the dataflow and bandwidth required to migrate each workload Designed IP schema for Azure US and EU. Configured redundancy across Azure regions making the transition seamless while providing the resiliency.
  • Zoom migration – Worked with Zoom to migrate all voice user to Zoom phone. Configured trunks between Zoom environment and Callmanager cluster in the US and EU. Coordinated and migrated each location PSTN DIDs to Zoom phone while maintaining interconnectivity across Zoom and Callmanager environment. Configured Zoom phone and environment to support existing functionality. Worked with Zoom to migrate video and conferencing functionality.
  • Responsible for conducting vulnerability scan across the firm and Azure using Tenable and Wiz.io. Review with the team the findings, follow up on remediation via ticketing system.
  • Coordinate Pentest and Tabletop exercise. Review findings with vendor, provide executive report to C-level and work with the team to mitigate finding and create new workflow where applicable.
  • Work with vendor management team by reviewing all vendor reports and SOC2. The scope of work includes making the recommendations and ensuring the vendor meets the required security postures.
  • Responsible for eSentire MSSP cybersecurity services. L3 escalation point for critical alerts orientating from Sumologic, CrowdStrike and Network sensors.
  • Responsible for Cybersaint.io platform. The platform serves to collect evidence and provide cybersecurity and cybersecurity posture.
