Relevant University Experience

As a Cadet Performance Lab Technician at the University of North Georgia, I worked closely with faculty to conduct health and fitness assessments for ROTC cadets and collegiate athletes. I gained hands-on experience performing graded exercise tests, body composition analyses, and muscular fitness evaluations. This role strengthened my understanding of human physiology, health monitoring, and wellness promotion—skills directly applicable to nursing. As a SERE Specialist in the U.S. Air Force since May 2021, I completed rigorous training and graduated top of my class—the first woman to do so.
